TICKET TO WORK
The goal of the Ticket Program is to increase opportunities and choices for Social Security disability beneficiaries to obtain employment, vocational rehabilitation (VR), and other support services from public and private providers, employers, and other organizations.
TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF ASSISTIVE & REHABILITATIVE SERVICES
The Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services is the that agency works with Texans with disabilities and developmental delays to improve the quality of their lives and to enable their full participation in society. This agency offers comprehensive rehabilitation services including disability determination services.
WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS
Workforce Solutions administers a broad range of programs to address local workforce issues with business-directed objectives, including job training, workplace education, child care and educational initiatives to provide the necessary support for every citizen of Dallas County to be successful at work.
DALLAS METROCARE SERVICES
Dallas Metrocare Services is dedicated to helping people with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and severe emotional problems live healthier lives. Metrocare provides a detailed array of individually-tailored services to help the people we serve toward meaningful and satisfying lives.
CONNECT TO CARE
A part of the national initiative put in place by the Administration on Aging (AoA) and the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare, Connect to Care links older adults and individuals with disabilities to community resources including employment assistance.

A program of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, 211 Texas is committed to helping Texas citizens connect with the services they need. Whether by phone or internet, their goal is to present accurate, well-organized and easy-to-find info from over 60,000 state and local health and human services programs.
