Michael grew up in West Dallas and suffers from schizophrenia. Before coming to Goodwill, Michael had not held a job in 10 years. Goodwill’s Computer Literacy and Job Readiness Programs helped Michael to enhance his technical skills, improve his resume and be better prepared for interviews. Michael now has a new career as a Customer Service Representative.
